Environment

Robore Group is committed to sustainable development and strives to achieve the highest level of environmental compliance through procedural review, careful monitoring of waste and emissions and improved levels of training and awareness for all members of staff.

Our environmental management systems meet ISO 14001:2004 standards and by identifying potential nuisance risks and waste issues prior to commencement of our works, we are able to effectively implement controls that have helped our customers achieve their desired BREEAM / LEED ratings.

• Monitoring and consideration of CO2 emissions from transport and site activities
• Project specific waste removal and recycling plans
• ISO 14001:2004 accredited
• Current recycling rate of 94% (average)
• Licensed waste carriers and brokers
• Full consideration given to methods of working used e.g., substitution of diesel/petrol powered tools for electronic/hydraulic tools wherever possible
• Monitoring of noise, dust and vibration levels and erecting temporary acoustic barriers or completing works outside normal hours where required
• Strict policy of waste segregation
