White finger - cut it out
At least 300,000 workers in the UK have reported
symptoms of Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), also known as White
Finger. Workers who operate vibrating hand machinery are more likely
to develop HAVS, a condition that can become irreversible. HAVS is
the most common disease assessed by the DSS and is the most common
under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences
Regulations (RIDDOR).
Robore Group has a solution: the largest
fleet of remote-controlled robotic demolition machines in the country.
An operator can control the machine from a safe distance using a
remote-control device connected by cable or radio signal. These
powerful machines can be used in confined spaces and are capable
of large-scale demolition (click
